Believe me, I've been in your shoes: Buy a new PC, use it for a little while, install a few things on it, cruise the web, Twitter a few friends once in a while, post a couple things on your Facebook Wall, and then realize how deathly slow the computer has started to run. That's what happened to me and chances are, this has happened or is happening to you RIGHT NOW, which is why we're both here! Strangely enough, the folks I bought the computer from wanted me to "bring it in" and charge me $95 to diagnose what was wrong with the PC. No one ever told me the following:

Now I’ve heard of registry clean software before, and if you look on Google under “registry cleaner”, you’ll find millions of listings, most of them blogs from product affiliates that are looking to sell you something. A lot of them boast free registry repair and other BS, so beware! What they don't tell you is the product below is actually the best:

Every blog says this product or that product is the best, and then I download the programs to get the free registry repair software and the difference between products is like night and day. For instance, I downloaded Product A and I got 1100 items to fix, yep that’s One Thousand One Hundred! Then I downloaded Product B and it found 1400. Why the difference by 300?

Because they’re not built the same and they’re looking for different registry errors. After going through this process six to seven times with different products that fix registry errors, I found one that stuck. Why? Because if found almost 2400 errors to fix on my system, it was easy to install, use, and had a slick interface.

Before I found this registry repair software, my computer was slow to boot, slow when it opened applications (nothing ticks me off more than seeing a spinning hourglass on my monitor), slow when I did things on the computer (games, opening Outlook, etc.), and slow as heck to shut down (sometimes taking 5 minutes or more)! And I guess that isn’t a problem if your time has no value.

Once the whole process was done, I restarted my machine and WOW did I see a difference. Without having a stopwatch, I’d say that my computer booted up in half the time. I then started PowerPoint, Outlook and Word, and the applications not only opened faster, but loading some graphic intensive slides into PowerPoint didn't take long at all, and running some of my Excel macros went lightning fast.

What about my games? When I played Warcraft, this is where I saw a very noticeable difference too. Quick access, loading, and graphics redrawing, all without having to upgrade any of my hardware!

Bottom line:

Most of those websites that propose using Registry Cleaners A or B probably aren’t even using that product themselves. They’re probably using RegCure and trying to sell something else. Not the case here. I'm a customer and a happy one at that!
